Indian Enterprises is hiring for the role of B2B Business Development Manager!

As a BDM, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients. Your primary focus will be to ensure customer satisfaction, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth within your assigned key accounts. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Understand clients' business goals, challenges, and needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Strategic Account Planning:
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding our product/service offerings within key accounts.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with the sales team, product development, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to improve products and services.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth:
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by actively seeking new business opportunities within existing key accounts.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for growth.
  • Contract Negotiation:
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients, ensuring terms are favorable for both parties.
  • Work with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Customer Satisfaction and Retention:
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and take proactive measures to address any issues or concerns.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and reduce churn.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare regular reports on key account performance, sales metrics, and market trends.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify patterns and insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in key account management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the industry, market dynamics, and customer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
